About the Mastery Teaching Pathway
The Mastery Teaching Pathway is a professional learning platform.
Individual teaching professionals who want to develop and enhance their effective teaching practice.
The pathway is designed to develop teaching assistants, teachers, trainers, instructors and school leaders. Teachers and schools track and monitor professional learning so they can deliver effective teaching.
It records training content and results, coaching milestones and feedback, ‘on-the-job’ assessment results, and national standards achieved as team members track along a foundation to a leading teacher pathway.

Participants can do:
- A range of effective teaching subjects that take about four hours to complete.
- Certification is accepted by Australian teacher accreditation bodies.
- Evidence-based, featuring the world’s best teaching practices.
- Aligns with all Australian Principal and Teacher (AITSL) standards.
- Online enables flexible learning that can be linked to school timetables or be done at any other time.
- Accredited and can include on-the-job assessment to advance in career specializations.
Modules
- Are based on the world’s best teaching practices.
- Take between 4-6 hours to complete.
- Certification is accepted by Australian teacher accreditation bodies.
- Shows how it aligns with principal and teacher standards in the Australian Institute for Teaching and School Leadership (AITSL) standards.
Pathway
- Accreditation includes on-the-job assessment which can be used to advance your career options.
