Overview
Life Mastery lessons designed to strengthen executive function and metacognitive skills through structured activities, including indoor/outdoor games, creative and manual arts, or technology-based tasks. Group activities foster character development and create predictable, engaging experiences for students.
Timetabling
Scheduled two afternoons per week; activities are planned and delivered by the school team to support student character development needs.
