Flight Path
Flight Path is a component of the Student Progress Tool. Educators use it to monitor their teaching and student learning to review their progress and skill mastery according to term goals.
The objectives of Flight Path are to:
- incentivise accuracy in independent work, mastery tests and achievement of weekly lesson targets
- motivate teachers and students to work together to balance acceleration in progress and mastery
- foster school-wide competition for groups to reach their target lesson before the end of term
- celebrate students’ achievements by rewarding groups that reach their term target destination.
