Curriculum Developer

If you’re passionate about curriculum design and want to advance your teaching career in Australia, this role offers the chance to shape high-quality educational resources that impact classrooms nationwide. 

The Curriculum Developer is responsible for the design and implementation of GGSA curricula. 
Key responsibilities include: 

  • using the Australian Curriculum and GGSA research priorities to identify content, skills, and concepts. 
  • drafting instructional improvement overviews, achievement standards, assessments, and sequenced learning objectives. 
  • writing lessons, assessment books, teacher guides, and student workbooks using approved templates. 
  • preparing resources for peer and leadership reviews and integrating feedback to improve curriculum quality. 
  • delivering weekly outputs aligned with our curriculum framework, tools, and templates.

School Improvement Coach

Are you an experienced educator or school leader looking to take the next step in your career? Join GGSA as a School Improvement Coach and support schools in delivering high-impact teaching and leadership outcomes. 

Reporting to the Director of Schools, the School Improvement Coach works closely with principals to develop and deliver tailored implementation plans.
Key responsibilities include: 

  • coaching and mentoring school leaders to implement effective teaching strategies. 
  • supporting the development of school improvement plans aligned with GGSA frameworks. 
  • training principals in instructional leadership. 
  • advising on challenges and supporting Teaching Coaches with non-technical issues.
