Refund Policy:

Good to Great Schools Australia is a not-for-profit organisation, as such, we do not ordinarily provide refunds on donations.

Good to Great Schools Australia expects that anyone wishing to donate consider their decision carefully and check donation amounts during transactions.

Good to Great Schools Australia recognises that it is possible to make an error when making online donations. Should this occur, donors should write to us within 30 days of the date of transaction.

The written refund request should include the details of the initial transaction, including the date, donation amount, donor’s name, ID, tax invoice number and nature of the error.

Good to Great Schools Australia will fully examine all requests for refund and endeavour to ensure that genuine errors are rectified. However, we are under no obligation to give refunds and the decision on refunds will be at Good to Great Schools Australia’s discretion.

Please contact our International Rights team to inquire about the availability of our titles. If you have not previously worked with us to license translation rights, please provide us with the name and e-mail address of someone from whom you have previously licensed rights so that we may check a reference. This is a standard request for us.

Information for Translators:

It is our policy to contract directly with the foreign language publisher. The foreign language publisher will make arrangements with the translator as appropriate. If you are an interested translator, please ascertain which publishers are currently publishing in the subject area of the book you are requesting to translate. Once identified, you may write a formal proposal to send to publishers with a book description.
